TIME and PORT:
Check in at 9.00 am - Set sail at 9.30 am on the first day - Return scheduled for approximately 5.00/6.00 pm on the last day.
Port of embarkation: GROSSETO

9.00 am Check in and accommodation of guests in the cabins. Departure at 9.30 am.
6.00pm-7.00pm Yoga at Sunset
Overnight stay on board.

⚓ 2nd DAY
8.00-9.00am Energy Awakening Yoga
9.30 am After a nice sail, we will visit the most beautiful coves.
7.00pm - 8.00pm Sunset Meditation
Overnight stay on board.

3rd DAY
8.00-9.00am Energy Awakening Yoga
7.00pm - 8.00pm Sunset Meditation
Dinner and overnight stay on board.

4th DAY
8.00-9.00am Energy Awakening Yoga
9.30 am Departure and sailing to make some stops in the most famous coves, and then start the return to the port again.
Return time expected at 5.00pm/6.00pm.
